NewmanFrancis is looking for Outreach Workers  to join our bank of staff who we call on from time to time when we need to bring in additional resources. Our London based team of community engagement specialists work primarily within housing, regeneration and community engagement, giving communities a voice and building neighbourhoods where people thrive. As a member of the NewmanFrancis team you will have an impact on many people both within the organisation and across communities in London.

Role: Outreach Worker

Salary: £12 – £15 per hour based on experience

You will work on housing and regeneration projects in London and the Southeast. To thrive in this role you will have the following skills, personality and experience

· A ‘can do’ and solution focussed approach

· Enjoy talking to people, explaining projects and proposals

· Good listening skills and the ability to accurately record residents’ views

· Committed to ensuring that residents can engage effectively and have a say over decisions that affect them;

· Empathy and understanding of the lives of others

· Good telephone manner

· Committed to delivering excellent services
