Iveagh House is situated in Brixton, off the Loughborough Road. Built in 1953, the block has 166 properties.
The Guinness Partnership who manages the housing stock, is currently carrying out improvement works which includes the installation of a new heating system, pipework to bathrooms/communal areas, waterproofing, and improving ventilation to homes.
