Streatham Picture House 

We will be working in partnership with PM Interiors to replace the external roof coverings and repair internal areas damaged through water damage to apartments and communal areas of Streatham Picture House. 

The works commenced on Monday 31st March 2025 and will be carried out over a period of 9 months in three phases:

Our involvement

We will be providing Resident Liaison Services to all residents and occupant of Streatham Picture House. 

• We are your primary point of contact ensuring that your concerns, complaints, and suggestions are communicated effectively.
• We will address individual concerns and queries in a timely and efficient manner. 
• We will be providing regular updates throughout the remediation works via: newsletters, flyers, letters and online information.
