Since February 2026, NewmanFrancis Ltd have been working in partnership with B3Living and the Frankham Group, to provide dedicated Resident Liaison Services at Melbourne Court in Waltham Cross.

Our role is to support residents, ensure your voices are heard, and help create clear, open communication around building safety and related works.

Our Role at Melbourne Court

We act as an independent link between residents and B3Living. Our aim is to make communication straightforward, inclusive, and responsive to your needs.

We are here to:

• Speak directly with residents on behalf of B3Living
• Identify the best ways to keep you informed about building safety matters
• Understand how you would like to be consulted on any upcoming building safety works
• Ensure that any access, communication, or support needs are recognised so no one is excluded
• Gather honest and impartial feedback about communication and engagement
• Assist with arranging access for internal surveys within your home
