The Love Lambeth estate, situated off Sancroft Street is an estate comprising of 75 homes.
In May 2019, Bellway Homes Limited informed residents of proposed works to replace the existing cladding with a new compliant material that will be visually similar.
As part of these works, contractors have been engaged to carry out the re-cladding. Scaffolding is being erected in July and August. It is anticipated that the works to the block will be completed in late November
Unfortunately during this period, the two courtyards will be out of use but will be fully reinstated after the works are completed.
