Leaside Lock

NewmanFrancis are working in partnership with The Guinness Partnership on meeting their duties under the Building Safety Act 2022. We specialize in working with residents in higher-risk buildings to ensure people are informed, listened to, and able to influence how engagement on building safety is carried out. 

 

Our involvement 

We will be: 

• Speaking directly with residents on behalf of Guinness. 

• Understanding how you want to receive information about building safety. 

• Identifying any access, communication, or support needs so engagement is inclusive. 

• Gather independent and impartial feedback from residents about building safety matters and how we communicate with you. 

 

What will happen next 

We will be onsite to speak with residents of Leaside from: 

• Tuesday 27th January 2026 between 10:00am & 3:00pm 

• Thursday 29th January 2026 between 3:00pm & 8:00pm 

• Saturday 31st January 2026 between 11:00am & 2:00pm
