Overview


Shepherds Bush Housing Association (part of The Guinness Partnership) – SBHA/TGP has initiated a consultation period with leaseholders to discuss the future of Central West in Greenford. Shepherds Bush Housing Association has appointed NewmanFrancis to provide impartial mediation and community engagement services during this period.

About NewmanFrancis

NewmanFrancis Ltd has been appointed by SBHA/TGP to provide impartial independent advice and support to leaseholders during the consultation period regarding the proposals for the Central West building.

Our main roles are;

  • Ensuring that leaseholders’ questions, concerns, and issues regarding the proposals are relayed to SBHA/TGP.
  • Using our experience to try and achieve sensible compromises on the challenges that are ahead.

We will use a variety of ways to deliver our services. These include individual letters, notices, posters, phone calls, social media, newsletters, events, and regular updating of this webpage.
