The programmed works to Streatham Picture House concluded in November 2025.

Therefore, we are currently no longer involved with Streatham Picture House.

Streatham Picture House 

Since April 2025, NewmanFrancis have been working in partnership with PM Interiors on the remedial works at Streatham Picture House. The works are to repair the external roof coverings and internal areas damaged through water penetration to apartments and communal areas.

The works have been progressing well, and we can confirm the roofing works to all phases have now been completed.

Additional works and communal redecorating are currently in progress and due to be completed in November 2025.

Our involvement

We will be providing Resident Liaison Services to all residents and occupant of Streatham Picture House. 

• We are your primary point of contact ensuring that your concerns, complaints, and suggestions are communicated effectively.
• We will address individual concerns and queries in a timely and efficient manner. 
• We will be providing regular updates throughout the remediation works via: newsletters, flyers, letters and online information.
