Collinson Court

Since September 2025, NewmanFrancis have been working in partnership with City of London regarding the development project at Collinson Court. The plans include building 20–25 new social rent homes on the current Southwark car park and garage area behind the shops on Great Suffolk Street.

Our involvement

We will be leading on the planning and delivery of all engagement with residents and other local stakeholders in the area who may be affected by the plans

  • We are your primary point of contact for any questions or suggestions regarding the development.
  • We will manage and provide regular updates via our communications channels, such as letters, newsletters, this webpage, the Commonplace platform, and the Collinson Court project inbox.
  • Conduct engagement with all stakeholders through workshops, briefings, door-knocking, and outreach sessions.

In summary, NewmanFrancis is responsible for developing and delivering all resident and stakeholder communications and engagement throughout the Collinson Court development. We will act as the key liaison between City of London, the design team, and the community, ensuring that local voices meaningfully influence the project’s design, implementation, and delivery.
